Was back to work ths week after the summer. Big shock to the system. Can’t access Beaut.ie at work which is frustrating trying to keep up to date with everything.
Heading to the Dubs match on Sunday withe the whole clan, so hopefully the rain stays away.

Aifs: Congrats on the new house. All very exciting. You will become well acquainted with Ikea in the near future.

Roasmaria: Enjoy the wedding, the weather is supposed to be good.

TLF coming home from his holidays in his grandparents this afternoon. The house has been so quiet without the little motormouth.

LoCo / Tweetless – I think there is a market for some magic clothes tidying device! I agreed to do bf’s ironing if he did the tidying…that was a while ago and I don’t think he knows quite how bad it can get…oh well! I have my own dressing room (box room) and he just said not to make it “Monica’s Closet” from friends…can’t be promising anything like that really!

Rosamaria- that’s fantastic I hope you have a wonderful day. Family weddings are so special. Yes loads of tissues and waterproof mascara at the ready.

Lynniedoll- it was epic in it’c cr4pness. So needed a treat from starbuks.

Aifs- 20% off sure you are practically saving money. If I see those emails I delete them before I read through. If you figure out how to keep clothes tidy let me know. I’m a disaster. My 3yo niece was in my room this morning and I got a lecture:”aunty LoCo your room is very messy. There is clothes everywhere”. she then proceeded to tell the whole house. Morto.

Oh Rosamaria – how wonderful, your little girl is getting married. Waterproof mascara all the way, and tons of Kleenex, I’d be a blubbering mess if it was me.

I rang the creche earlier and they did Littledoll’s birthday cake for her, and I was nearly crying down the phone. She didnt have a scooby-doo what was going on apparently, but enjoyed the singing!!!! They’ve taken pics for me anyway.

Loco – I wish I’d had a morning like yours at work today Mine has been a bit on the crap side.

Tweetless, you need special paint for the silk. I used to buy mine in hobby or art shops but I’ve no idea where you can find some in Ireland.
If your dress is already ruined, you can always try, but normally you paint the fabric first and then use it to make clothes.
In your case, the risk would be to create some markings on it, where the fabric creases. I’ve seen they make spray things now that you can fill with the colour of your choice to cover large areas, so maybe it could help.
I would try it, but because I know how the paint works. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’ve never used some before.

Aifs, I’ve given up on the clothes. It doesn’t seem to matter how much I try, they just seem to be everywhere. I wish I could magic a way to get them into the wardrobe or press with a click of my fingers. Can some innovative person get working on that?
