Run with Tina's Running Made Easy course is Ireland's leading beginners' learn to run course. Over the last two years over 300 girls have taken up running by participating in the course. Next courses start in Ballsbridge on 19th July, Phoenix Park 8th August and Clontarf 9th August. There's also a new circuit training course starting in Clontarf on 10th August and you can avail of private classes and consultations with runners, specialising in beginners.
