i have been using this tan for a few years, stocking up on it in tk maxx the odd time they used to stock it. when i saw it appear on the shelves in penneys one day i cried with joy! i found a dark version of it in a pound shop in enniskillen and bought a few bottles and i have to say the dark version is the one for me - gives a darker colour which i prefer and the colour lasts 3-4 days. i'd need to do 2 coats of the ordinary st moritz mousse before a night out but one coat is fine with the darker version. i think i'll be taking a trip up to enniskillen for the dark version. and sure i might as well stock up the wine rack in asda while i'm there!

Damn, wish I'd read this article last week! Now in South Africa where (sob!) there's no Penney's and certainly no cheapie fake tan. Though there's no sun either at the moment.

The main thing that makes tans fade badly is going too dark a colour in comparison to your natural skin tone. Obviously exfoliating before and moisturising after will help, but it has to come off sometime, and if the colour is too different from your own skin, you WILL look like a giraffe.

I can't beleve this stuff It really is amazing and cheap as chips for only €4 a bottle from Penny's. I'm a typical irish fair skinned freckled ginger and boy was i shocked to see the results, for once i don't look like an umpa loompa skinned freak. It really is without doubt one of the best fake tans I have ever used. I bought the mousse it goes on a treat with a tanning mit and you can see where its going no bother due to the muddy colour (this fades so don't panic) and slowly developes to a lovely golden glow after 8 hours (I put it on going to bed and woke up glowing wonderfully. As for the smell there is a pleasant smell on application and no residual smell at all...unlike everysingle other tan I have ever tried. It gets a 10/10 from me and i can't stop raving about it to my friends.
Definitely worth a try girls go for it!

Had to write my first post about St Moriz, after reading about it on here I went out to Penney's and bought some! Had been too afraid to try it but after seeing everyones thoughts on it I thought I'd give it a go. I've been using the Fake Bake spray for a few months but have been trying to find a cheaper alternative as couldn't keep paying €35 a bottle for the FB! Exfoliated the bejaysus out of my skin, lashed on some moisturiser and then applied the St Moriz praying I wouldn't end up radioactive. Great guide colour and I can see why some people may put this on at the start of the day and let it develop as it's not as sticky as something like St Tropez, although I'd be afraid of it transferring onto clothes. Anyway the next morning after my shower I crossed my fingers and...Amazing!! Gorgeous BROWN colour not orange. Not a streak in sight and it came out just dark enough for me. If anyone's like me and thinks a tan from Penney's might be a bit dodge, seriously try this. Make sure you exfoliate and moisturise though, but for €4 you can't go wrong! Thanks for convincing me to give it a go!

had this tan upstairs for ages. Wanted to buy a tan for my 21st usually use sally but didn't want to risk transfer on cream dress. On reading this i decided to try it out. Colour was a bit daunting and a bit streaky on application but once i washed it off the next morning I was left with a lovely even colour all over and very natural looking. (except for my elbows which I forgot to moisturize- my fault) Defiantly worth it though

I have been recommending this tan to everyone for years, but the fact that its now available from Pennys puts them off until they try it.If I had seen it for the first time in Pennys There is NO way I would buy it.
I was buying this from ebay for 12 euro for a couple of years then tk maxx got it in for 7.99 so I bulk bought it. Could not believe when i saw it in Pennys. I use a mitt on each hand at the same time so I can rub it in very quickly as you do have to work fast. Make sure you moisturise any little dry patches beforehand too but be lighthanded.
I would steer clear of the darker version as this is quite dark to begin with ( unless you want the Nancy Delolio look).

There's a new version of this out, the DARK version! I'm a tanning addict and the dark tan is the equivalent to applying two to three layers of the regular tan. Only problem is the dark one isn't available in Penneys...

It's fab for nights out! :)
