There’s really not much to say about the new Moulin Rouge Artist Lipstick, €19, from Make Up For Ever, except that it’s really bloody nice.
One of the brand’s Rouge Artist Intense lipsticks, this is creamy, richly pigmented with a satin finish and in a classic true red in limited-edition packaging. A good shade for anyone looking to dip their toe in the pond of scarlet, this is the ultimate Ronseal product: it does what it says on the tin.
