Bare Minerals High Shine Eyecolor in Bronzed Review, Pictures & Swatches

Bare Minerals High Shine Eyecolor, Bronzed

This is gonna be a pretty short and sweet review: I love Bare Minerals High Shine Eyecolor in Bronzed, €17. It's super-pigmented, super-metallic, super-blendable mineral shadow in a tube with attached spongey applicator that's a gem to have in your makeup bag. One of six shades, I have this for absolutely ages now and use it all the time, so it definitely deserves a post. The brand also gave me another shade, Frost, a blue-silver, which doesn't suit my colouring so well, so it's Bronzed I go to all the time.

This is pretty high impact and works incredibly well with darker colours for a really noticeable highlight. I use it with a black or deep purple smokey eye all the time as a last step to add some shine to the ball of the eye. It's also really nice dabbed in at the inner corner of the eye by the nose, and that's how I'd wear it with purples. Sara showed us a really similar look recently, so check her tutorial for a step-by-step guide.

I realised later I'd completely forgotten to put any mascara on. Doh

Here it is lightly dabbed on top of a black/grey smokey eye to give it a bit of a lift.  I also used a little directly below on the bottom lashline too.

And here are swatches. This is gorgeous applied thickly or blended out. The High Shine Eyecolors have been available for a good year or so now so I'm guessing some of you will have indulged. If so, what do you think of them?
