I was mad to get the supershock eyeliner so bought a few more bits as well. I bought some shower oils which were okay, just okay. I also bought the contour powder set, and feck sake it was shine city. And to cap it off the eye liner was out of stock. Never again.

Yes overpriced. “Eugenics”, ha ha.
Bought a serum from Avon rep in work yonks ago and it came in a huge plastic bullet sized capsule. It lasted just under a fortnight and out of curiosity I prised the bullet open and inside was a tiny vial of the serum. I never bought anything from Avon again after that, so disgusted was I at that trick.

I hate buying off Avon I always feel disappointed when I get the stuff. I think I just like to have a feel of the products before buying !! X

I’ve heard good things about it but agree that it does seem highly priced for a catalogue brand.

Not sure if it was re tweeted into anyone else’s timeline but I saw someone comment on how they thought they heard an ad for a moisturiser call ‘eugenics’ but when they went to investigate it was actually this New Genics one by Avon.

I just don’t get the Avon thing, I’ve never tried anything from that brand that actually works, and, as you’ve stated above, they’re not cheap!

Have to agree with you Aisling, it is overpriced, that particular range, Anew, is really overpriced and I always skip through those pages without even looking at them!!! I have gotten a sample of this, a sachet that will only last one day and one night use, I am looking forward to using it now after your review. One thing I will say with Avon, they always have some sort of special offer on, either the price reduced or the offer of a freebie with purchase.
