Donna, I did use the cleanser for a long time and then I noticed it wasn’t having the same impact, and I WAS getting break-outs. Now I know why!

Many have been complaining about Cleanse and Polish for awhile now.
They removed the almond milk because of allergies, yeah but for years never even put a hint on the pump about these. Then changed almond milk to coco butter cheap ingredient. People said C&P not cleansing as well as it used to also getting breakouts.

In the blog is says in partnership. But if you google on the UK business news Avon have bought Liz Earle for 7 million sterling. Partnership and bought are two different things.

I will say Avon will move production to the US for a start.

Actually surprised Estee Lauder did not buy LE up.

People buy the Liz Earle hype, smiling sweetly in soft focus on QVC.
In real life she is a hard nosed business woman, someone flashed the cash and she jumped at it.

Wondering how the Beauty Bible women will take it? They have been friends with old Liz for years and hype her products every chance they get.

well, she is a business woman first and foremost! It’s not surprising considering how the brand has been grown and developed and expanded especially in recent years.

If they’re not going the catalogue route it doesn’t mean anything really. Perhaps they’re using avon’s logistics for distribution, and not their printed materials? There’s more than one way to skin a cat and send it to locations the world over, eh?

Deirdre I too find the cleanser a bit meh.

Would agree with Aphrodite here, Avon is not exactly cheap, the quality is fairly awful and it seems like a bit of a sell out (much though I hate that expression).

Im disgusted by this i love Liz Earle. I swear by the Cleanse and Polish and superskin moisturiser.I Love using it to wash off my makeup and it smells gorge and skin feels fab afterwards. I love the fact its unique and bought online. Avon is pure crap havent bought anything in ages as whenever i purchased anything it either caused a rash or i broke out in spots.

Hmmm, I saw this on facebook and read some of the comments. They mention that they’ve no plans to distribute through Avon catalogs yet, which got me thinking…

If it’s not a partnership for distribution, then is there a possibility Liz Earle branded products will be made by Avon? If so (and I fully accept that there’s no mention of this being the case anywhere) I would seriously have to rethink buying from Liz Earle.
