Hmmm… I’ll just stick to Nytol or Kalms or something like that, thank you very much.

I think Tig is right about melatonin and I think it’s the same in the UK too. There is a tablet, can’t remember what it’s called, but it’s mainly used to get over jetlag and is meant to be super good. It contains melatonin so people usually buy in america cos it’s not avail in Europe.

As far as I know melatonin/melatonin-containing products are not licensed for sale in Ireland, so doubt we’ll see it here anytime soon.
