Last week we vented, grumbled and raged about the beauty counter experience. Over 380 of you took our poll and a majority 54% of you feel nervous about approaching a sales assistant in a department store. 14% of you are so put off you just won’t buy in a beauty hall anymore. Kind of damning, eh?
