It was only a matter of time really wasn’t it? Cheryl Cole is fast on her way to becoming an iconic beauty and one of the most famous faces of our times. So it was no surprise really that she has become one of the latest recruits to the L’Oreal covergirl stable joining worldwide stars like Jennifer Aniston, Andi MacDowell, Eva Longoria and Beyonce.
“I have always loved the brand and have always wanted to say the iconic phrase: ‘Because you’re worth it,’ so to be given that opportunity is absolutely amazing.” she said when the deal was announced.
But in fact she’s already been practicing. In the lyrics for Love Machine, one of Girls Aloud’s high velocity hits, she sings:
“Well nobody’s perfect, we’ve all gotta work it
But fellas we’re worth it, so don’t break the law”
And oh boy has she worked it – we can’t get enough of her. If it’s not her tattoos, it’s her eyelashes and of course that hair. And fittingly Cheryl’s going to be promoting a new L’Oreal Paris Elvive product line – Full Restore 5.
We’re looking forward to seeing that big hair on the small screen some more – and hope that there’ll be a line running along the bottom of the screen to tell us – “Cheryl’s hair styled with some extensions.”
