Dr Weil Mega Mushroom cleanser for Origins: not a keeper for me

Oh dear. Not liking this one little bit.

It might have something to do with the fact that almost as soon as I started using it I got TWO feckin enormous zits on my chin.

Despite promising to "quickly remove makeup, dirt, debris and impurities without upsetting skin's naturally protective lipid balance and keep even highly sensitive or reactive skin calm throughout the cleansing process" I can tell you it did no such thing for me.

No, it did the opposite.

My skin looks terrible. It stung my eyes. It caused the aforementioned two teenage style zits to emerge.

Now I know many of you wax lyrical about Origins and I do love some of their stuff. That's why I was so surprised at the reaction I got from this. I thought me and this cleanser would have a good relationship. An open relationship of course because I do like to try other things, but once that's declared from the start it's usually okay. But it just didn't work out this time, did it? I feel hurt and... used. Oh look I really don't want to talk about it any more, right.

Ah jaysus my heart is broke. I threw it in the bin and I never want to see it again. It cheated and it lied to me and I'm not taking that from any cleanser.
