thats all excellent advise dobby much appreciated. i wear it al the tme except when eating and brushing teeth. ill know in 3mts time if i need braces. am hoping i wont but if i do ill only have them for 9 months so not so bad and ya she told me ill b wearing the retainer at night for like 2 yrs once the treatment is finished
