So gals, we all know that Off the Rails Live is returning the RDS from the 16th-18th of November - ooh, that's less than ten days time! And in addition to the usual events - fashion shows, hundreds of exhibitors and the lovely Pamela and Caroline - there's a Pamper and Wellbeing Zone too. Fabllis! It's being brought to us by VIP Ideas in association with Bodyform (wwwooaaahh, Bodyform etc) and it's going to be a gorgeously decorated space with tons going on inside.
Free of charge (but do be aware you need to pre-book) will be complementary beauty treatments; makeovers; thermal hand treatments with arm exfoliation; hand & arm plus back & neck massage. Phew! Each treatment will be performed by one of the therapists from The Irish Academy of Massages and Beauty & Training - so you'll be in good hands. Other brands and treatments on offer are the Perfectil peeps who will be hosting a nail bar with tips and advice on how to keep hair, skin and nails looking onny fabillis, and Rubex will also be on hand to chat and to advise on how to go about getting the right amount of vitamins into yourself.
So how does a gal in need of freebie pampering get herself some? Rock up to the Zone and register your interest with the receptionist on the Pamper & Wellbeing receptionist booth. You'll be able to book yourself in for a 15-20 minute mini pamper experience, or have a one-to-one consultation with a stylist from Dundrum Town Centre. You can also just take the weight off at the designated Bodyform relaxation zone, which has comfy couches, scented candles and sweeties! If that's full, head to the Carpe Diem refresh & chill out zone, where you can sit yerself down and have a Kombucha or Botanic Water.
