Roxette – I had almost the exact same experience with EA counter in Arnotts. Incredibly rude. I was there on very un-busy Thursday evening & the two SAs were sitting down having a chat & it was a major deal for me to be interrupting them [big protracted sigh & eye rolling to the other as one of them reluctantly stood up to help me.] These were women in their late 20s/early 30s!

ah nothing major Gio. I was in there one sat afternoon (i know sats prob busiest day but no excuse) & i stood at the counter for best part of 20mins without getting served.
Now the thing was that the girl on the counter was standing talking to her buddy. I interrupted her twice only to be told “ill be with you in a min”. I stood there like a spa for 20mins listening to “oh i got this gorge top on my lunch” bla bla bla before i got fed up & left.
I wouldnt mind but i was looking to buy a perfume & body cream (Green Tea; my fav summer scent).

I was never a big fan of Lancome but got their 30 age moisturiser cream and eye cream in a freebie and really like it. Their skin care is arranged for age brackets. I have the 40 one too from another freebie so that’s next on the list. I’m TOOOOO young for it (before anyone asks) but what the heck.
